Seksuelt misbruk

Sexual abuse includes sexual acts with children and protected adults with or without body contact. With body contact is, for example, touching or kissing a child. Without body contact, for example, an offender can touch and rub his own penis in front the child. The perpetrators use their power or authority to meet their own needs at the expense of others. Sexual abuse is a form of violence and considered a criminal offense in Norway.
