ካንዲዳ

ብፈንገስ ዝመጽእ ናይ ርሕሚ ረኽሲ። እቲ ንርሕሚ ካብ ፋንገስ ዝከላኸለላ ኣሲዳዊ ሚዛን ተዛቢዑ ኣሎ። ካንዲዳ ጻዕዳ ርሕማዊ ፈሳሲ፣ ምሕኻኽ ከምኡድማ ምቕያሕ የስዕብ። ካንዲዳ ብኣፋውስ፣ ክሬም ወይድማ ናይ ርሕሚ ከኒና (ኣብ ርሕሚ ዝሓቅቅ ዓይነት ከኒና) ይፍወስ እዩ። ካንዲዳ ብወሲብ ዝመሓላለፍ ረኽሲ (STI) ኣይኮነን።

Candida

Infection in the vagina, caused by a fungus. The acidity balance that protects the vagina against the fungus is disturbed. Candida causes a white vaginal discharge, itching and redness. Candida can be cured with medicines, a cream or a vaginal pessary (a kind of tablet which dissolves in the vagina). Candida is not a sexually transmitted infection (STI).
