ዳያፍራም

ሰበይቲ ቅድሚ ወሲባዊ ርክብ ምግባራ ኣብ ርሕማ እትገብሮ እንተበዚሑ 10 ሴንቲሜትር ዳያሜትር ዘለዎ ሲልከን ኩባያ። ነታ ሰበይቲ ካብ ምጥናስ ይከላኸለላ (እዚ ሜላ መከላኸሊ ጥንሲ እዩ)። ዳያፍራም ኣፍደገ ማህጸን (ክሳድ ማህጸን) ብምሽፋን ናይቲ ሰብኣይ ዕልቋቕ ናብ ማህጸን ከይኣቱ ይከላኸል። ሓለዋ ንምሕያል፣ ዋሃዮታት ፍረዘርኢ ዝቐትል ወይ ዝድህል ጄል ነቲ ውሽጢ ዳያፍራም ይልከይ።

Diaphragm

Silicone cap, with a maximum diameter of 10 cm wide, which a woman puts into her vagina before having sexual intercourse. It prevents a woman from getting pregnant (it is a method of contraception). A diaphragm covers the entrance to the uterus (cervix) and prevents the man's semen from entering the uterus. To enhance protection, a gel is applied to the inside of the diaphragm to kill or inhibit sperm cells.
