DIU (dispositivo intrauterino)

Existen dos tipos de DIU: el DIU hormonal y el DIU de cobre. El DIU hormonal contiene una hormona, mientras que el DIU de cobre contiene dicho metal. Ambos tipos de DIU sirven para evitar el embarazo.
