If a pregnancy is not planned

If you did not plan to get pregnant, you have 3 options. You can choose to:

1. Continue the pregnancy and keep the baby;
2. Continue the pregnancy and give the baby up for adoption.
3. End the pregnancy with an abortion. You decide yourself if you want to have an abortion until the 12. week of pregnancy. You can have an abortion after the 12. week of pregnancy as well, but then certain rules apply. 

To prevent an unintended pregnancy, you should use contraception.
