Tecavüz

Tecavüz, bir kişiyle onun rızasını almadan veya rızanın özgürce verilemeyeceği bir durumda seks yapma anlamına gelir. Tecavüz, biriyle seks yapmak için güç, tehdit veya şiddet kullanmayı içerir. Ayrıca, rıza gösteremeyecek kadar sarhoş olan biriyle seks yapmayı veya uyuyan ya da baygın olan biriyle seks yapmayı da içerir. Norveç'te, 14 yaşın altındaki çocuklarla herhangi bir cinsel temas tecavüz olarak tanımlanır.

Rape

Rape means having sex with another person when consent is not obtained or not given freely. Rape includes using force, threats or violence to have sex with someone. It also includes having sex with someone who is so intoxicated that they are not able to give consent or having sex with someone who is sleeping or is unconscious. In Norway, any sexual contact with children under 14 years of age is defined as rape.
